Borrow a book
- You can find a QR-Code on the back of every book in our library. Scan it with your mobile phone and you will be redirected to your destination.
- Enter your name and your email-address.
- When you are finished with the book, just take it back to the library and place it on the shelf. You can see where the book goes by looking at the ID on the back of the book.
- ATTENTION: If you search for a book that is out of print, your name will be displayed to the user. So a person who has an acute need knows who to contact. As soon as the book is borrowed by another person, your name will not be displayed anymore.
Search for specific books
If you cannot find a book, you can simply enter the title in the search field and you will see who last borrowed the book. Only the last user is displayed.
If you do not have a mobile phone at hand to scan the QR code, you can also enter the ID of the book directly in the search field to borrow it. Please make sure to change the search mode to “Search for ID”!
